Horrible service. I spoke to the women on the phone prior to going in to get a passport photo which they said to come in anytime before 4.30. When I arrived at the post office the women looked at my child and said Im not taking a photo of that child, not like that my child was not crying or carrying on, she was just cuddling in. When I said you havent even tried she proceeded to roll her eyes. Absolutely terrible service. We run a business with purchasing Express post envelopes for orders and we will no longer be using them.
